• For sales, our fee is 2.5% of the final sale price.

• For long‑term rentals, our fee is one month’s rent.

• For short‑term rentals, our fee is 25% +  price of deep cleaning 2 times a year. End cleaning is paid directly by the customer.

• You only pay when we successfully sell or rent your property.
